Cathie was born in 1967, sculpted by José Cotaina and made by Bella in France. She was about 17" tall and later about 19". She first had straight legs but soon got bendable legs, covered with stockings and growing hair.
In 1982, Bella was taken over by Berchet and Cathie became Nathie. She lost her growing hair but still had bend legs. Then, in 1984, her legs were straights again.

In november 2011, Jumeprom Créations introduces two reproductions of Cathie, called Prune and Belle. They are made in Spain by Jueama S.L. and are marked "Jemuprom by Paola Reina" on their neck.
Prune is brunette with blue eyes. She is wearing her original outfit, designed by Carène Handlër.
